It is a commitment from the Factor to put an agreed amount at the disposal of the exporter (supplier) on behalf of the importer (the buyer) under conditions specified in the proforma invoice as per the terms and conditions between LTS and the importer wrapped with credit insurance from a reputable company. LTS acts as an intermediary between the supplier abroad, the importer in Lebanon, the Factor, and the Credit insurance company.
