Mr. Nicolas Photiades
Mr. Photiades is a seasoned investment banker and financial advisor with over 30 years' experience in London, Paris and the MENA region. He is the founder and managing partner (since 2002) of Orion Financial Solutions. Nicolas is specialized in debt restructuring, funding diversification, debt and equity capital markets, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He has also extensive experience in privatization programs. Throughout his career, working as a member of a major financial institutions and as the founder of own advisory firm, Nicolas originated and executed a substantial number of financing and advisory transaction in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as South East Asia.
